I first met Regan some time ago, and immediately recognized that she has a heart of pure gold. Regan possesses great inner vision and strength, which she nurtures through helping others. She is a constant a Seeker of Truth. I have personally gained immensely by knowing Regan.

I wanted to continue my healing journey after receiving so much from my R.A.A.H. and A.U.R.A. sessions, and figured learning Reiki would be the next step to developing my own healing abilities. Regan's presence is so special, and I felt the healing energy just through the way she teaches. Regan's approach fits exactly how I like to approach spirituality, life, and all the questions/dilemmas I encounter. I really appreciate the simplicity and calmness of how Regan approaches the complex questions or viewpoints that consistently come up throughout our lives. I admit that I have not taken the required time (only recently) to focus on everything that she teaches and have been distracted with other energies coming from the normal daily life struggles, but Regan seems to always acknowledge these general struggles and communicates in a wonderful way how to refocus our energy. Whenever I read or listen to her messages or Youtube videos, it truly resonates and quickly brings me back to what I know I should focus on. Her messages always capture a somewhat complex topic, but at the same time they also always simplify the best way to approach and view those possible struggles. I have not come across anyone else who is so genuine and I really hope she realizes how impactful her demeanor and messages are. I truly appreciate everything that you do. Thank you!

The course took me a few months to actually work through in my spare time. But I found it very informative and a great course to continue learning. I have great respect for the content in the course. I would recommend it for anyone genuinely learning about their innate abilities and needs some practical guidance and tools to lay a proper foundation. I had my first R.A.A.H. session ever with Regan and it was a really special experience. Prior to the session starting, Regan seemed to already intuitively know which of my chakras had a blockage. During the session I very specifically felt negative energy being cleared from that chakra over and over again (and over and over, there must have been a lot.. :) ). I also felt some action in another chakra for a shorter amount of time during the session, and everything I felt ended up lining up exactly with the chakras that Regan mentioned she cleared after the session was over. I'm not someone who is very advanced with connecting to energies, so the feeling/knowing I got from this was unexpected and very special for me, and it motivates me to continue on the healing path. Regan also provided a lot of resources and tips after the session which have been very beneficial for staying clear of negative energies. I am very grateful for this whole experience.
